Abrasive, irregular in shape and variable in size, construction and demolition waste streams require patterns that provide enhanced containment while maintaining throughput. Higher-profile cleats such as Y32P600 are particularly well suited to handling recycled construction materials, helping to minimise rollback and spillage when conveying bulky, uneven products on inclined conveyors.
Municipal solid waste, RDF and SRF present unique conveying challenges due to their lightweight composition and tendency to shift or roll back on inclined belts. Higher containment patterns such as Y32P800 help maintain stable material flow and maximise carrying capacity throughout sorting, shredding and fuel production processes.
Woodchips, bark, compost feedstocks and green waste can vary significantly in moisture content and particle size. These materials often require a balance between containment and clean discharge, particularly where processing plants operate at high throughput rates.
