As 2021 draws to a close we want to thank all of our customers for their loyalty and custom this year.

The perfect storm of Brexit, Covid and global logistics issues has created a difficult business environment for us all over the last 2 years.

We’ve been working harder than ever to make sure we keep providing the service levels that you expect of us – and that we expect of ourselves.

We wanted to bring 2021 to a close by looking forward to some rest and recuperation over the Christmas holidays and by entering the festive period with a smile on our faces.

So we asked the Smiley Monroe team at HQ in Northern Ireland as well as in India and USA, what it was about Christmas that made them smile.
