Our ToughFlex® range is the perfect all-round solution for extreme conveying
Large, sharp, heavy construction and demolition waste materials can tear or rip even the strongest conventional belts, causing unwelcome downtime and costly replacements.
ToughFlex® is different. Its binder warp construction, special weave of two fabric piles, and additional binder warp ensure it lasts four times longer than standard EP multiply belts. Its reinforced piles resist puncturing and are protected by premium, wear-resistant top and bottom covers.
That’s why ToughFlex® is the belt of choice for prestigious OEM brands working globally in heavy-duty applications like road planning, crushing, screening, and construction recycling.
Unlike Ripstop™, ToughFlex® is not reinforced with a metal ply, making it a reduced weight alternative which is easier to recycle at the end of it’s lifespan.
